Should there be a bolt here?

Car  Clio 182
Just noticed this threaded hole on the engine of my 182, does it need to have a bolt in? If so what size?

Help much appreciated, cheers!

No, well i've just checked mine and mines got bugger all in it!

so that's either the way it should be or we're both missing something ;)
 
Amazing cheers for checking! Glad it's not just me :) I can see oil in the hole which got me thinking it needs something to seal it up
