They mainly look s**t, usually if their done too dark/limo tint, go for a lighter one and it might look ok. Black cars suit it well in my opinion.

They look really chavvy, dont suit any car imo, especially one that isnt black.

Plus they are insanely hard to see out of at night.

Possibly window tinting spray? Can be bought, or the windows were taken out and covered, then put back in with the end of the film not visible.

Might be talking rubbish but iam pretty sure that windows can be dipped into a tinting solution that stains the glass?

Very subtle tints like that look great. Any more and you just look like a Chav or a drug dealer.
