All about striking when the irons hot matey, wheels were 200 and 80 quid refurb. Tyres 100 and 20 quid fit them

Picked my TD 1.1.up for 200, same with my turbines haha. £200 and has the original metal centre caps, original bolts and key too haha

I run 16mm hubcentric spacers on the front and 10mm rear stub axle spacers.

I'm unsure what tyres to run on my wheels. I've got a set of F1 wheels unsure what size tyres to run, these will be winter wheels but thinking Rainsport 3's or PS3's. I also have a set of Team Dynamics on order and they'll be fast road wheels + track days. Would anyone would like 205/50/15 on the summer/racing wheels and 195/45/15 on the 'winter' wheels (not that we really get winters lol)

195/50/15 & depends on what you can afford i guess as Rainsports & PS3's are both good tyres for the rain/winter.

What other soft/summer road tyres are there like the AD80R's?

For what I'm thinking the RS3 or PS3 will be perfectly.

There's several options like NS2R, 595R's, AR-1's etc.. You think 195/50/15 for both sets of wheels?

For normal setup I have 15" Rota Slipsteam with PS3 195/50/15
Then a set of Turbines without tyres because I can't decide between AD08R or just some standard NS2R 180 compound because I already have 2 in the garage
Track setup is 15" Team Dynamics 1.2's with NS2R 100 compound
Winter tyres I have 16" Megane Steel wheels with Nankang All Season

Go for PS3 over Rainsport because the PS3 is far better all round. RS3 are only good in a monsoon, they're too soft, you can literally roll the sidewall at 20mph and I wore through a set of them within 6 months on my dCi. They're pretty s**t

I have PS3's on my Megane in an 18" too, they're mint in all weather conditions! I can't fault them one bit!

I run RS3 on my 390BHP GTI and they're great being soft it helps get the power down I think. I've done nearly 2k in them and they're like new still too!

They felt s**t on my 100bhp diesel Clio??

I've been looking into GITI semi-slicks, can get decent sets of them for sub £150. My mates got the GT2RS or whatever they're called, he said they're mint and a lot of people say they're better than 180 compound NS2R

There’s plenty of options!! Not entirely too clued up with the compound.. I’ll probably go for the 595r option as I’ve experienced those in the past.

For the OZ’s I will want to run PS3 I think

Like most in here, two sets. Black ones are TD Monza R, orange/red ones are OZ F1's. Monza R's wrapped in nankang NS2 (not 2R) and seem to be decent, haven't had them on track or in any proper rain though. F1's have R888R and these are fantastic, dry, damp, hot, cool, they're happy.
