He just lowers himself down onto the handbrake lever, doesnt need a harness either then as its so far up him it keeps him in place.

Its the mg live show, its been on all weekend but tomorrow there running a sprint on the stowe circuit. Ill be getting there at 7:30 but practices start at 9am and the timed runs follow so probably 12 onwwards.
There's a good amount of entries from various championships so should be a good day.
