Side Skirts?

at the French Car Show There Was A Green Clio MK2 PH1 1.4 16v parked next to me i was looking at his side skirts and i really liked them they looked very similar to the clio sport ones but not sure if they came standard on it, but he went before i got to ask him

does anyone know if they come standard on this model if so does anyone know the part number
