Side Strips + Door Handles + Paint

Is removing the side strips as easy as prising them off?

Ive also struggled to remove the door handles for colour coding, and help?

Would also be great if anyone can recommend where I can get a cheap, not necessarily genuine, F47 cyclade blue spray can(s) from?

Sorry for the noobishness, but yeh, your help would be much appreciated

The side strips slide off mate, door ones move to the left, rear 1/4 ones move to the right.
