Silent Hill - Downpour

Think this is looking pretty good. We need more scary games, the last ResidentEvil wasn't like they used to be.



I liked the 1st and 2nd Silent Hill. One of few games that has properly creeped me out and made me jump. It got Laddergoat Dopefish guy too.

I would actually feel proper relief when the world used to change back to normal. RE games could be jumpy, the bit in RE2 when you walk along the corridor and a licker jumps through the window. Properly shat pants. They were never that creepy though like SH.

Totally. Really, really creepy. Even walking around the streets.

Every time I heard radio static I'd turn the lights on in the room.

Great news... I've been hoping for a follow-up game to the series and, fingers crossed, it will be a good one.

Poor PR, and the developer went bust/was under review. From what I heard the control mechanic was awful and the scares were cheap. Didn't live up to the franchise. Therefore I never bothered playing it.

thats a shame, loved homecoming
