Got some last minute tickets for this from a friend who couldn't go. Turned out, was one of the best freebies I've had all year! (Maybe the F1 Hospitality tickets were better).
First stop, obviously for me, was the Porsche stand. 50 years of the 911 was celebrated with a huge display of cars.

BMW put on a bit of a show. Big stand and... ferris wheel.

Really loved watching the supertourers go out. I used to come to Silverstone all the time as a kid, and the BTCC was up with the F1 on my yearly highlights.

And just like back then, Copse had all the action. This time due to A- Slippery surface and B- A tyre coming off the Alfa.

Unfortunatly, the 406 didn't fare so well..

To be honest, the expanse of club stands was probably the best display of motors I've ever seen. When I saw the ticket prices, I was put off the event, but upon going I see its an absolute must for anyone who likes cars. The displays, stalls and entertainment is better than an F1 weekend, and the racing was good too!
