Simota aerofoam...........

Car  ITB'd 182...
where can i get one from? have noticed a few people have them but i cant seem to find them anywhere.
thanks. gup

heard they are bad for drawing in heat from the rad?! If your going to pay that much for an IK id get a maxogen.

Going for a Simota twin charger myself with a head sheild, looks like a winnar without spending £300+ on a maxogen, lol.

i had this one, the aeroform costs round 250 pounds in England.

I think if you search you must be able to find the dealer; the post is around 1 year old i think..

It got me bad mileage , a very brutal noise unlike any other inductionkit, lost power i think at high rpm.. sold it to a young guy ; they love the sound

Maybe when the car is mapped to suite the filter it'll be okay (?)

ps; Real carbon heatshield, but in traffic you'll be sucking up heat anyway as the (trumpet)-entrance is above radiator

I admit I am going back a couple of years to when I was looking at induction kits for my clio but you could definately then get the aerofoam for circa £100 delivered. Ebay used to be flooded with them, both the plastic crap and the decent ones.
