Single wiper conversion for ph2 172

Has anybody done this using the £70 easy install kit? Does anybody have any pictures on a ph2 1*2? I am thinking of converting mine to a single wiper but wondering if anybody has had any problems with them on the motorway when its p***ing down?

I did it on my mk1 valver years ago, looked good ( back then when max power was in ) worked reasonably well, but tbh I wouldn't do it again, don't see the point really, if it goes tits up, or is not as functional as 2, it's a bit of a safety hazard when it pisses it down, always used to use rainx back then.

Thinking about it, it used to lift off the screen slightly when on the motorway at high speed, mine was not in the middle of the windscreen when stationary.

Function over cosmetic looks on that one for me.
