Skoda Octavia - Stereo Help

My complete prat of a tw*t of a dad has some feckin how managed to get two cds stuck in the standard head unit which is a single cd player, this is a hire car provided by the insurers of the ned who drove into the side of him, any idea how to get the cds out? head unit doesnt have any holes to remove unit, no manuals either as hire company retain them
