Sky+ box making a buzzing noise

my sky+ box keeps making this buzzing noise after a few minutes from being on, has any one else had this?

Turn your mains supply off now and wait an hour for it to cool down

It could explode.

(LOL, not really havent got a clue)

Had this with one before, it was the fan. If its out of warranty pop the lid off and spin the fan by hand see how freely it moves, clean it out as well. Either that or it is the case or a component vibrating
