Sky Broadband? Opinions?

Got a letter through asking if i wish to swap to Sky Broadband aslong as im on a BT line (i am)
Prices are £17 per month, £40 connection fee. D/L speed UPTO 8mb and a 40gig monthly usuage cap.

Has anyone had any use with them??
