Sky digibox help please?

Basically need to get into the engineering mode via 'Services' so I can do a channel scan. Without calling their non-existant help line I know there's a way to enter the mode via the remote?

Using the Sky Remote key in SERVICES 4 0 1 SELECT.

Be careful with this because you could screw up your receiver!
