You must be a new Sky customer then, I've just ordered it as an upgrade with Sky+ and I've get to wait fecking AGES.

I ordered mine a couple of weeks ago , being an existing customer i was told the offer was so over subscribed it was going to be about 3 months before i was going to have it fitted .

I rang a local satellite / tv shop and they came and fitted it the following day for the same price as the Sky offer , £49 for the HD+ box and £30 installation .

Just phone a local company and bypass Skys installers .
