Sky in more than 1 room

  FOCUS ST 275
We have SKY HD in the livingroom but i want to hook it up to my bed room and the kitchen.

Is there a way to do this without routing an cable from the sky box into the other rooms?
Can you do it wireless?
Or route the signal through the mains?

Done a Google search but couldn't find anything helpful.

Wireless things do exsist if you don't mind watching the same channel in everyroom?

Yeah, was thinking of having the same channel on, but also the capability of changing the channel from any of the rooms.

My sister has this in her house, but has loads of aerial cable running all over the house (built into the walls).
I dont fancy laying loads of cable all over the place.

without a larger transmitter (one big enough to cause instant cancer) you would only be able to wirelessly modulate about 10-15 MHz which is only wide enough for one channel so you will have to watch the same channel in every room (like Rollo said). In order to make a wireless feed from your dish LNB to your box's you would have to modulate well over 2ghz which will mean you need a an amplifier capable of producing about half a giga watt of non ionising radiation (which is the same thing microwaves use) which will make your eye balls glow.

Do wireless senders even exist for HD signals?
I didn't think they did.. so it'll take the feed from the Scart on the SkyHD box, downscale it, and you'll see it in the other rooms.

Yeah the Belkin one is good but all it does is modulates a digital signal, so not 8 hundred pounds worth. But give it a while for more products like that to be released as there is no need for them to be that expensive.

(What did u just do Daz?)

You can get a wireless sender but they are all crap for TV....

Just put in a coax cable from Sky Box and new TV

Wireless video senders interfere with wi-fi networks too. :( I use a Slingbox and just have PCs connected to the other TVs to watch Sky on.
