Sky- Moving house?

I know there a some people on here that work for/install for Sky.

I wondered what the cost involved is in moving house and having your Sky installed/setup there.

I would be arsed to ring them, but knwoing their fantastic phone system ill never get through !!

If you already subscribe sky mover thing is £50 for them to come out. Funking rip off!

Have you checked the house you are buying because it may already have a dish? If it has just plug in the box and off you go (obs ring up and change your addy).

You could always cancell your subscription and if your new addy has a new phone number take it out in the mrs name or something. cough. cough!

My new house had a dish but i needed another wire for sky+, They tried to chanrge £50 so i said i'd been told it was free, Bit of confusion later they did it for free......
