I've got Sky BB as well and also never had a problem with the service or the supplied router.

SKY BB has been the worst provider of internet I have ever had, constantly dropping out and an abismal spped. Sky also don't seem to want to do a thing about it.

its ok tends to go slow sometimes. was having problems for a while could never get online. eventually they fixed it but its no faster

had it for a couple of years and never had a problem with it plus its free with the right package so thumbs up from me
