Is anyone else having issues with Sky BB?
My connection works fine for 30mins or so and then drops out and I have to reset my BB router.
It then works fine again for 15 mins and I have to reset the BB router once again.
This continues all f**king day and I am sick to the back teeth of talking to Sky call centres.
My phone bill this month alone to Sky customer services is £62 for 46 calls
Apparently I need to use a ethernet cable as Sky cannot fix the problem and refuse to send me another BB router. If I want an engineer to visit it is going to cost me £55
Does anyone work for Sky or have a number to guaruntee someone who remotely speaks the queens English?
