Skype video quality

A skype cam friends video quality has gone down hill, to the point where i can barely make her out.

Can't work out why, have looked about but not sure. It was ok untill i moved to this place. MSN cam still works fine?

Any ideas

strange that it would just be on Skype, my grandads went to s**t when he went on Wifi, now he has his new comp and a direct network connection to the comp its been fine

Probably why then, running wireless here now. Using a Wireless N high gain adapter, but it is Virgin Media in this house - and it's not the best really.
