Sloshing under windscreen

Hi folks,

Got a sloshing noise under the windscreen of my clio, im assuming theres a drain under there for the windscreen thats been blocked? Is this a common fault and if so any idea how to get the cover off and fix it?

bulkhead drains yep. get some cable down there or welding wire etc to unblock it

Can you see them and unblock them without taking the cover off under the windscreen do you know? Not gone out to look in the dark yet!
