Got a slow puncture on one of my t1r's, they've only done 1000 miles, should I put the slime in which Renault supplied or get it repaired?

Is it definitely a puncture as I have had to repair 2 wheels lately for corrosion on the inside of the wheel causnig it to leak.

Get it repaired either way.
