sluggish accelation

my accelation is poor, when i step on the accelater the car accelates ok untill 3000revs it gets all crapy like late rsponse and also not great response but the revs just keepgoin thou. What do u think needs doin to get my old motor back to speed e.g clutch change. feels like theres no power,just the noise of the revs. :dapprove:

does it judder a bit? it may not be firing on all 4, does the electrical fault light appear?
