Small Flat Spot on Clio 182 >5000RPM?

Is this normal?

More detail:-
Accelerates hard below 5k, then hits 5k and accelerates very hard but at around 6k it hits a small flat spot, then continues to accelerates very hard as before?

Running 99RON tesco petrol...

A decent RR will be able to see if there's a problem.
