smallest wheels?

does anyone know whats the smallest wheels that will fit over the hub of a mk2ph2 1.2 16v?

I'm sure iv'e seen one running 13's but not 100%

On mk2ph2 you can't go smaller than 14" because of the 259mm discs. Some mk2ph1 have 238mm discs and can fit 13".
