Smashed my fog light, help please

Hi i have a clio 182 and have smashed the passengers side fog light.

I have bought a new one off ebay, please can someone give me some advice on fitting it?

From a quick inspection it looks like ill have to remove the inner wing?

The only way to get to the retaining bolts is to take off the wheel and remove the wheel arch liner.

I was afraid of that. So i guess ill have to buy some torx screw drivers or what ever they are called and reamove the liner.

Once i remove the inner arch is quite easy to get at the fog or is it still difficult?

If you jack it up and remove the splash shield you can get at it from there, least you can on the 1.2's.

Arch liner pulls off, has some of those annoying plastic clips that smash even when you don't use much force
