Snow foam help

I've just got myself a black car and the hosepipe ban has ended...

As above - Got the same pressure washer and the snow lance that comes with it is rubbish.

Need the Kew/Alto fit HD lance. Snow foam is open to opinion/personal preference. I went for AB Magifoam, seem's to get favourable reviews on detailing world.

The pressure washer looks like awesome value, yet the snow foam seems annoyingly expensive!
I may get some of this http://www.elitecarcare.co.uk/autosmart-g101-all-purpose-cleaner-5-litres.php to agitate the grime and just pressure wash it off until I can justify the snow foam cost lol, no cool looking foam but meh..

Got it in the post this morning
didnt realise it doesn't come with a hose! Can anyone recommend me a hose for it? It will be connected to an outside tap.

Can you use any old hose?! Or does it need to be something specialist to fit the adaptor to go on the pressure washer?

Any old garden hose will do as long as its long enough for your needs! Then get a couple of hose lock connectors. Home base do them loose on the shelf or in a kit form.

Ah perfect mate thanks, I figured as much but I googled it and the detailing world crew were creaming over a £40 10m hose and it confused me!
