Snow foam lance problem

I just got a snow foam lance from CYC with the Karcher fitting to use with my K series Karcher. The problem I have is that it won't seal at the fitting between the lance and the Karcher. It goes on like all the other Karcher fittings no problem but when I try to use it its just sprays water out of the joint and doesn't allow any foaming action. All my other Karcher fittings work fine?? Am I doing something wrong??

Sounds like the joint just needs twisting on some more perhaps??

It locks into position pushing the spring in and locking the T piece into position but still leaks at the joint? Looking at the other Karcher attachments I have they seem to have a slightly smaller center hole in the fittings than that on the foam lance; this could be the problem? The lance fitting should be a generic Karcher K series fitting according to the CYC site?? I'll have to give CYC a call

Here's a picture of the 2 connectors showing the size difference in the holes. The yellow connector is the normal Karcher pressure washer which fits fine with no leaks. Anybody else have one they could check to see if there's something I should have to make this connection work. My washer is a Karcher 2.335

I think you'll find the one with yellow is their 'HD' range fitment ?

I was looking for a SL to fit a borrowed Karcher PW, but I couldnt make sense of their range online, and nothing seemed to match .. so I bought a new PW from Halfords for £35 to fit my original lance haha !

Sorry .. not that helpful but basically I think you've got the wrong connector...

ours leaks from that point... CYC werent particularly helpful in getting it fixed mind you!

Occasionally there are bad batches. My first one didn't work very well and then the bottle broke, due to a bad design. Speak to the supplier and they will replace it for you.
