So my new 32" tvs broke.

It takes fecking forever for it to switch on! Been waiting 8 minutes so far!!!

Now question is am i automatically entiled to a refund? Or just exchange.

Just TVs have become cheaper and infact the same package has gone down £30 so could just rebuy it.

If it's new surely they'll do a straight swap. Never bought one from pc world before but other hardware I've taken back they've swapped there and then or offered me a refund. Give them a call?

How long have you had it? You will probably find after 7 days that you may only be entitle to a repair

28 days to return it, they will test it in store who will call digital support to get an RA number and then will be replaced or refunded

It should say on your receipt for the store returns policy, iirc the store policy is 7 or 14 days for the choice of a refund on faulty goods.

But worth checking.

U'll prob find during the xmas period, u have until a certain date to return as an "un wanted gift".

Its faulty, under 28 days they should be able to swap it straight over. If its over 28 days it gets a whole load more difficult for the retailer.
