I'd like too but I'm at work and can't leave at all. They mentioned don't leave the camera looking at the sun for a length of time as it will damage the sensor, something along those lines. No idea if it's going to be a clear day like today has

You'll need a fairly good zoom and a strong ND filter if you want to get anything half decent.

I'm working but I'm going to have a try with my 105 and then stop ND but I will have to crop the hell out of it if I manage to get it.

Got these with my 6d, 105mm f4 and 10 stop ND. Heavily cropped (sent images to phone and edited in Snapseed)
I'll have a proper look on the laptop tonight.

My uni lecture got cancelled for this.. Hundreds of people went to Guildhall Walk for this... and nothing, what a waste of time .

I got these with my 400d and 55-200 tamron, not great but it was stupidly cloudy so lucky i even saw it really!
