pretty much but my laser is 1watt so its not a little red pen.

pop a balloon....

that diode can do 300mw its from a pioneer-115d

it can pop a balloon from about 50metres, light matchs. it will burning anything dark it touches.

it will also blind you instantly if it hits you in the eye!!
