Using the above with my c902 i am trying to transfer photos from my phone to pc but the programme keeps freezing and not responding
It has worked in the past but the last few months useless,is anyone else having issues with it or do i need to do something else?

Have you tried re-installing it?

I didnt like the standard SE software and used a program called MyPhoneExplorer to back up all my texts/numbers/media. Worked with an 850i and is designed to work with most SE's i believe.
