Sony stalk adapter

Trying to find a new adapter for an 05 plate 182. Renault changed the audio setup and so my old stalk that was in the Dynamique doesn't work.

The car comes with the Cabasse head unit and wondering if anyone knows of any that have been released?

dont think they have released a new adaptor yet but i could be wrong

There is an adapter out for this but it costs about £130 apparently. I am sure someone will be along shortly with some more details on the price etc.
