Soo.. Blown a hole in a piston, New engine but where to have it fitted?

As title says, Valve seat dropped in the head, due to overheating (apparently) and blowing my engine to bits . I'm from Yorkshire and wondering what is the best route to take for this? i would probably source the engine myself, would just need a half decent garage to check the new engine over and drop it in..
