Sorry another cooksport vs thread

I currently have cooksports on cup shocks. I am going to change them for spax shock at the front and koni rear with 25mm spax springs. Now should I swap my cooksport for the spax springs?

Main things I'm thinking are,

Are the ride heights simular?

Are the spax springs rated for the shocks?

Is there really much difference as I can't be bothered swapping around springs to notice little difference.

Any advice welcome

I've got Cooksport springs on Koni shocks and its great. Spax springs aren't as low IIRC and I'm not sure what rate they are and whether they are progressive.
