My Valver is due an Oil change, what shal I use?

It has a standard engine on 98K with a top end rebuild about 15k ago.

5-40 although it depends what temp the oil is and hwo you drive maybe going to 0-30 is abetter or 15-50.
For most people Silkline pro 5-40 is a good oil.

Or Elf Excellium 5w40 from renault is a bit cheaper, but not a 'proper' fully synthetic oil. Mine runs nicely on it though

They do a range but yes, they do do engine flush I think.

yer they do a oil one, u put it in before u change the oil run the car for 10 mins or so then change the oil in it brings all the lumpy s**t out in bits
