Sorting it out

Hi all,

Just got a healthy pay packet and decided its time to fix my clio. I have got some suspension touble, i get the usual knocking noise when pulling away fast, but now its developed a creaking noise from the passenger side, this happens when i turn the wheel in any direction, and both when i am stationary and moving at low speeds.

I have searched the forum and some people have suggested that the engine mounts are shite on the cars and need to be replaced, has anyone done this and was it successful?

Would it be worth buying a new strut from reno to stop the creaking noise, or should i look at an after market suspension package? do you have to buy these in pairs aslo? as the right hand side seems ok. any ideas anyone has on how to make this go away would be great.

Thanks

Ian
