Question for R5 owners.

I plan to lower mines, but Im short of money to buy coilovers.

So Im going for good pair of shox and springs.

Is it possible to fit Apex shocks on Koni adjustables?

If yes, can I put Apexs -60mm shocks on Koni adjustables?

you should be able to yes, so long as the spring sits in the shock seat.

Dont know if this helps;

when i had my NA 1.4 i wanted to lower it and bought -35mm GMAX springs. Trouble was that they didnt seat properly on the standard shocks so popped out when not under load. I couldnt find any shortened shocks at the time so had to go for 5 turbo ones instead. These cured the problem although did require the bolt holes to be enlarged so the original camber could be maintained - doing this could be avoided by using K-Tecs "camber correcting bolts".

IMO go for 5 turbo items as they will be more readily available and stiffer but may require slight modification as above (or will fit fine if youre really lucky)
