Sound between 2000 and 3000rpm

My clio 3 rs 200 sound between 2000 and 3000 rpm and if you drive slow and hit the throttle he hold in and then revs good and no fault code on it
Anyone familiar ?

Are you saying that the car 'hesitates' or 'holds back' between 2000rpm and 3000rpm?

Hesitates and if its warm ratling sound between 2 and 3

The rattling must be connected to the hesitation!

I am not a mechanic so I can only guess - if there are no fault codes, it must be something mechanical?

Could it be the exhaust leaking? Or the catalytic convertor loose / damaged / breaking up inside??
