Sound deadening problem!!

Hi everyone, i've just bought a roll of autoleads sound deadening material (Only £10). i thought it was self-adesive like dynamat, but it isn't. How do i use it cos i'm clueless. Please help.

it's not going to work if it aint self adesive sorry

you sure there aint backing paper on there or something

there is a glue on the back but it aint sticky i have a feeling it has to be heated.
