Sound Deadening

How much Sound deadening in sheet is needed for a MK1 Clio


Looking at buying Skinz which comes in 30x30cm sheets so was just wondering how many would need for the front doors?

My guess was around 2 sheets per door?

Any help would be appreciated.

i need a 4sq. ft sheet of dynamat extreme to do each door in a mk2
