South Central Xmas Meet (Nr Petersfield) Seven Stars 16/12 @ 7PM

Hey hey, it's Christmas time so I've been thinking about a good meet location for the Christmas meet in a new part of the South Central area...

Date: Wednesday 16th December at 7PM
Location: Seven Stars, 56 Winchester Road, Stroud, Nr Petersfield, Hants, GU32 3PG. (map)

It's looks to be a good meet location bang in the middle of the South Central area with good parking, good food and some awesome roads in the area.

This has been been booked but because this is for a Christmas meal (I'm sure there was be crackers, paper hats and mince pies too) everyone has a deadline of Tuesday 1st December to confirm attendance, pay me a £5 deposit (this is required by Seven Stars) and confirm your meal choices from the PDF menu link below (let me know if you can't view this).

I'll be coming from Reading so any Berkshire/North Hants guys are welcome to convoy down there with me as it's a 30 min drive.

Ok I've received menu choices and deposit payment from 3 people.

If I don't get any more by Monday 12 noon then unfortunately the meet will be cancelled as the venue needs confirmation by then - not something I want to do as I've never cancelled a meet before, especially the last one of the year for Christmas.

(The peeps who have sent a deposit will get it sent back.)
