Great meet, alot of fun and a laugh. (the biggest laugh being schweppy trying to get on the superjet without blowing his balls off :rasp: )

Huge attendence also! ... of 4 Hahaha... but was still a great time. As im sure the boys will agree.

in attendance was myself, Sarge, schweppy and wilt. also the ZSOC rep, dan_jones who i must give credit to for givin us a great deal on the day and made sure it went without any hitches.

fair do's it was an awesome day out on the water..........right up until Chris nearly killed us both! :rasp:

only joking but we did come very close to the wall when we came off - got the cuts to prove it!! lol i'll def be back for the next one!

also, as it was my first CS meet, i'm glad to have met a few new faces today. cheers everyone and a big thanks to Chris for organising it and to Dan aswell for sorting us out with a great deal :approve:

believe it or not it was warmer in the water than it was out of it. the lake is fed from a reservoir through pipes which pass near the steelworks furnace so the water being pumped into it is immensely hot so it warms the lake up nicely.

Dan said that for a few days in May / June it was so hot there was steam rising off the water which was like thick fog, meaning the couldn't go Jet Skiing!
