Spacers Complaint info im after

bought a set of spacers off ebay for £50 in £10 delivery,
now they are 20mm with extended bolt but i bought a set of 10mm which he has sent me wrong 1's

now get them and put them on last night, the bolts are long but has a flat part like 1/5 of the way through to make it stop so none goes out the other side. So i put them all on and close the bolts set to 90N on the Wrench, but 90 wasnt enough as the wheel was still lose so did it till it was reasonably tight but not to much,

Now my question is do i have the right to contacts the seller(its a shop) and tell them what has happend after a few hours use and peferably ask for either my money back with item beeing sent back or ask for a replacement? as i do have a 1year statuary guarantee right?

Contact them & say they sent you the wrong ones, they'll probably be a bit funny though as you tried them out.

See how you go, if they don't play ball, open a paypal dispute saying what's wrong (if you paid via paypal)

not only that but this has caused me to have to purchase a new Front Drivers sde hub, which wouldnt not happen if he sent me the correct 10mm 1's

Fuming as i had plans tonight and this happens
