SPACERS? QUICK HELP

BUT, MY NEIGHBOUR/FRIEND CAN MAKE ME 10MM SPACERS FOR MY CLIO. 2 QUESTIONS..
WHATS THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE MM'OD (OUTTER DIAMETER) AND THE MM'ID (INNER DIAMETER)?
AND, AM I GOING TO NEED BIGGER BOLTS? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE IF YOU IGNORE THE CAPS

Ideally for 10mm longer bolts are advised to be safe.

I most likely will when i find out the I.D and O.D. I'd take off my wheel and look myself but my bolts are VERY tight because some so called 'mechanic' didnt use the correct torque settings..

Ideally after spacers where i bolt the spacers onto the hub then bolt the alloy onto the spacer. if uno what i mean? yea will need a set of 4..
