Spacers spinning bolt

Basically, trying to get the spacers off to do a bearing replacement and needed some counter leverage. Had the wheel bolts on the spacer so I could undo the hub bolts but the brake drum keeps spinning.
I’ve got the ratchet rock solid static on a jack. It should not be moving.
So I try to get the wheel bolts off for a better angle. They just spin.
No gun used.
