Hi would these spacers fit my clio 1.2 2004 ? and are they any good ?

I think they'll fit, PCD is right and I think the clio centre bore is either 59/60mm so that should be right too. Eibach are a good make so they should be find and hubcentric are peoples favs. Also, universal 10mm spacers should work perfectly fine and it was £20 for a set of 4 from local factors

what length wheel nuts will i need and can i get locking wheel nuts are not ?

Not sure about the wheel bolts mate, sorry. You can get long locking wheel bolts aswell, best bet is to ring halfords/demon tweeks and ask them what length bolts you'll need
