Can you get away with still using the same wheels bolts when using 10mm spacers on the front?

No you should get longer ones.

How long would they have to be I'm quessng 10mm longer for 10mm spacer and 15mm longer for 15mm spacer or didn't it matter as long as there abit longer

Yea measure your original bolt and add 10mm onto that. Anything over 10mm and you should get a hubcentric spacer.

5mm is ok with std wheel bolts
