S sideways danny ITB'd MK1 Mar 11, 2009 #10 -10 just means that's what a particular plug is set at as stock. You can get exactly the same plugs but without the -10 suffix. I'm assuming you have NGK BCPR7ES or BCR8ES, in which case about 0.9mm is a starting point. New ones are very cheap so just change them
