Spark Plug gap..

Not sure, but if they are they are the OEM sparks then the gap should not be changed as the internal electrode will get damaged.
 
There not OEM,

Just need to check them to make sure there set right, to rule out a misfire issue!
 
-10 just means that's what a particular plug is set at as stock. You can get exactly the same plugs but without the -10 suffix.


I'm assuming you have NGK BCPR7ES or BCR8ES, in which case about 0.9mm is a starting point. New ones are very cheap so just change them
